Packaging Regulations

• Regulations: The Packaging Regulations have been implemented through the Environmental code Articles R543-42 onwards
• Competent Agency: The French environment and energy management agency (ADEME)
• Compliance Schemes:Adelphe and Eco Emballages

• Obligated businesses must submit reports on the amount of EEE put on the market.
