WEEE Regultions

  • Regulations: The WEEE Directive is implemented through the Environmental Management Act (Wet milieubeheer) and the General Environmental Conditions Decree (Besluit omgevingsrecht), and can be downloaded here
  • Competent Agency: the Ministry of the Infrastructure and the Environment
  • Compliance Schemes: multiple
